Bathroom Renovations in Toronto & the GTA

A bathroom is the smallest room where the most can go wrong. We build washrooms that feel like a hotel suite and are engineered underneath so they still look perfect in fifteen years.

What is included

Everything this project needs, under one contract

Waterproofing & substrate

Full membrane systems, sloped mud beds and flood testing before a single tile goes on.

Curbless & wet-room showers

Linear drains, recessed niches and glass detailed to sit flush and stay dry.

Heated floors

In-floor heating with programmable thermostats — the upgrade nobody regrets.

Custom vanities & storage

Made to your ceiling and your plumbing rough-ins, with real drawer space.

Large-format & mosaic tile

Laid out on paper first, so patterns land centred and cuts stay off sightlines.

Ventilation & lighting

Properly sized quiet exhaust, dimmable layers and damp-rated fixtures.

The part you never see is the part that matters

Most failed bathrooms did not fail at the tile — they failed at the membrane, the slope or the framing. We build the assembly first: blocking, sloping, waterproofing, flood test. Only then do we make it beautiful.

That discipline is why our showers do not telegraph cracks along the curb and why our niches stay dry.

Small footprint, careful planning

In a 40-square-foot room, five millimetres is visible. We set out tile layouts, fixture centres and glass lines before demolition so nothing lands awkwardly against a wall or a switch.

We also plan for the whole family: ensuite, main bath and powder room can be sequenced so you always have a working washroom.

What it costs

Honest ranges, itemized quotes

Bathroom renovations across Toronto and the GTA typically run $18,000 to $55,000, with primary ensuites and wet rooms landing higher. Waterproofing, tile size and fixture selection move the number most.

Questions

Bathroom Renovation questions, answered

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

+

A main bathroom is usually 3 to 5 weeks on site. Larger ensuites with custom glass, stone slabs or relocated plumbing run 5 to 7 weeks.

Can you move the toilet, tub or shower?

+

Yes. Relocating fixtures means opening the floor and re-running drains and vents to code, which we price transparently and permit where required.

Is heated flooring worth it?

+

It is the single most requested upgrade we install, and the cost while the floor is already open is a fraction of adding it later.

Do you handle waterproofing warranty details?

+

We install manufacturer-approved membrane systems to spec and stand behind the work after we leave.
