General Contractor in Toronto & the GTA

Hiring trades one at a time turns you into the project manager, whether you wanted the job or not. As your general contractor Toronto homeowners and businesses hire for full accountability, we run the schedule, the budget and every trade under one contract.

What is included

Everything this project needs, under one contract

Single-contract delivery

One agreement covers design coordination, trades, materials and site management.

Trade coordination & scheduling

Framers, electricians, plumbers and finishers sequenced so nobody waits on nobody.

Permits & inspections

Applications, drawings and inspection bookings managed through every stage of the build.

Budget tracking & change orders

Costs tracked against a stated budget, with any change priced and approved in writing.

Site safety & supervision

A dedicated project lead on site, keeping the property safe, clean and secure.

Weekly progress reporting

Photos, schedule updates and budget status delivered on a set weekly cadence.

Accountability instead of coordination guesswork

When you hire trades separately, you inherit the scheduling risk: the tiler waiting on the plumber, the electrician waiting on drywall, and nobody owning the delay. As general contractor, we hold that risk instead of you, sequencing every trade against one master schedule.

It also means one point of contact for problems, questions and decisions — not six different phone numbers with six different opinions about who is behind.

Budget and schedule you can actually see

You get a stated budget broken into real line items before work starts, not a lump-sum guess. When something changes on site — and something usually does — it is priced and approved in writing before we proceed, so the final invoice never surprises you.

Weekly updates with photos and a schedule status mean you always know where the project stands without having to visit the site or chase anyone for an answer.

What it costs

Questions

General Contracting & Project Management questions, answered

What does a general contractor actually do?

+

We manage every part of your project — hiring and scheduling trades, pulling permits, booking inspections, tracking budget and quality, and being the single point of accountability if something needs to be fixed.

Is it cheaper to hire trades myself instead of a general contractor?

+

Sometimes on paper, but scheduling conflicts, rework from uncoordinated trades and permit delays usually erase the savings. A general contractor also carries the liability and warranty that individual trades typically will not.

Can you manage a project that's already underway?

+

In some cases, yes. We will assess what has been done, confirm it meets code, and take over scheduling, permits and remaining trades from that point.

How do you handle disputes with subtrades or suppliers?

+

As the general contractor, we are the ones holding those relationships and contracts, so disputes are our responsibility to resolve, not yours.
