Kitchen Renovations in Toronto & the GTA

The kitchen is where your home actually happens. We design and build kitchens that look extraordinary and work even better — every drawer, every appliance run, every sightline planned around how you really cook and gather.

What is included

Everything this project needs, under one contract

Custom cabinetry & millwork

Built to your ceiling height and your storage habits — not to a big-box size chart.

Stone counters & backsplashes

Quartz, quartzite and natural stone, templated and seam-planned before fabrication.

Layout & structural changes

Opening walls, relocating plumbing, adding islands — engineered and permitted properly.

Lighting, electrical & venting

Task, ambient and accent layers, plus proper make-up air and range hood venting.

Flooring & finishing

Tile, engineered hardwood and heated floors, integrated with the rest of your home.

Appliance integration

Panel-ready, built-in and pro-style appliances fitted with millimetre tolerances.

Design that starts with how you live

Before we talk finishes, we talk about mornings, dinners and holidays. How many cooks at once? Where do the kids do homework? Where does the coffee live? Those answers drive the layout, and the layout is what makes a kitchen feel expensive long after the trends move on.

You get drawings, elevations and a finish schedule before demolition begins, so nothing is decided under pressure with a crew standing in your hallway.

Built by one accountable crew

Cabinetry, tile, plumbing, electrical and stone are sequenced by a single project lead who is on site. That is why our kitchens land on schedule — the trades are not discovering each other's work for the first time.

We protect the rest of your home, clean daily, and keep the kitchen usable as long as possible during the build.

Questions

Kitchen Renovation questions, answered

How long does a kitchen renovation take?

+

Most kitchens take 5 to 9 weeks on site once materials are in. Custom cabinetry usually needs 4 to 8 weeks of lead time before we start, which we order during the design stage so your build is not waiting on it.

Do I need a permit to renovate my kitchen?

+

Cosmetic replacements typically do not. You do need a permit when structural walls, new plumbing stacks or significant electrical work are involved. We handle drawings, applications and inspections for you.

Can you work with my designer or my own drawings?

+

Yes. We regularly build from a homeowner's or designer's plans, and we will flag anything that will cause problems on site before we price it.

Can we stay in the house during the renovation?

+

Almost always. We set up dust protection, keep a clean site and can arrange a temporary kitchen setup so daily life keeps moving.
