Privacy Policy

• Information you give us: name, phone number, email address, project address or city, project type, budget range, timeline and any details you type into our quote or contact forms.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, referring URL, and the marketing parameters attached to your visit (for example Google click identifiers and UTM tags).
• Communications: emails, text messages and call notes exchanged with our team.

We do not knowingly collect information from children.

• To respond to your request, prepare an estimate and schedule a site visit.
• To manage your project and communicate updates.
• To measure and improve our advertising and website performance, including which ad or page produced an enquiry.
• To meet legal, accounting, insurance and warranty obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your contact details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

We use cookies and similar storage to remember how you arrived at our site (for up to 90 days), to prevent duplicate form submissions, and to measure conversions with Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. We also use Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms from automated abuse.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them may affect form submission and site functionality.

• Google (Analytics 4, Ads, reCAPTCHA) — website analytics, advertising measurement and spam protection.
• Supabase — secure database hosting for enquiries submitted through our forms.
• Resend — delivery of email notifications and replies.
• Meta (Facebook) — publication of our own content posts; no personal enquiry data is sent.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. Some may store or process information outside Canada.

When you submit a form you give us express consent, under Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), to contact you about your enquiry by phone, email or text. Every commercial email we send identifies CONHECT and includes a way to unsubscribe.

You may withdraw consent at any time by replying “unsubscribe”, or by emailing conhector@conhect.ca. We action requests promptly and always within 10 business days.

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above, and for the period required by law for contracts, warranties and tax records. Access to our database is restricted to authorized team members, protected by authentication and row-level access rules, and transmitted over encrypted connections.

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email conhector@conhect.ca with the phone number or email you used, and we will confirm your identity before acting. We respond within 30 days.
